Upholstery steam cleaning is more complex and requires extra attention than carpet cleaning. We will inspect the upholstery material and condition and answer any questions you might have about the cleaning process.
Vacuuming
If necessary we will pre-vacuum your upholstery to pick up as much dust, hair and lint as possible.
Upholstery Pre-treatment
After determining the type of material the upholstery is made of, we will pre-spray it with a special solution to break down all dirt and soil bonded deep into your upholstery fiber. We use a soap free cleaning solution, so no sticky residue is left behind to act like magnet to dirt and stains.
Pre-brushing
We will pre-brush the fiber to help loosen dirt and grime from it.
Upholstery Steam Cleaning
We use a powerful steam cleaning extraction method with water heated of up to 210 degrees. Cleaning solution is sprayed into the fiber while powerful multiple stage vacuum motors suck the water and dirt back into the steam cleaning machine. The upholstery is left damp to touch without over wetting it.

For any stubborn stains, still persisting after the cleaning we have variety of cleaning techniques to target these stains.
Upholstery Protection
After the steam cleaning is done its time to protect your upholstery. For a small additional fee we will apply protector for your upholstery which creates an invisible shield to protect the fiber from spills and stains becoming permanent. It does that by providing you with extra time to take care of the spill before become permanent. Its biggest job though is not letting dry soil bond with the fibers. This way your upholstery will look cleaner for longer.
